Tyler Grandchildren Still Alive vs. No Sex for 29 Years

So what is stranger? The fact that two grandchildren of President John Tyler (1841-1845) are still alive more than a century after he served a single term as president and then was officially ostracized for backing the South during the Civil War or the fact that Tim Gunn, one of television's gay fashionistas, says he was so traumatized by a former partner that he hasn't had sex in almost 30 years.

Hmmm.

Grandkids still alive from a president that has been practically forgotten except maybe in Texas as he helped annex the Lone Star State into the United States probably loses out to a top TV host saying he's been celibate since Ronald Reagan was first elected president.

Sex sells and too many people think (wrongly mind you) that history is boring.

LA mayor signs law requiring condoms in porn films

This is from the AP story …

“Exactly how the law will be enforced is still to be determined.

“It calls for makers of porn films to pay a fee, the amount still to be determined, that would be used to pay for spot checks at filming locations.

“The City Council is creating a committee to determine the amount of the fee and who would make the spot checks.”

How do you suppose you would go about applying for that job?
